Paul Shenkman is a restaurateur and proprietor of Sam's Chowder House, a New England style seafood restaurant and market, located in Half Moon Bay.
A long-time restaurateur, Paul previously owned Pasta Moon and Cetrella Bistro and Cafe, also in Half Moon Bay. As a "hands-on" restaurant operator, Paul can be found most days at his newest venture, Sam's Chowder House.
