Yes, the rumors are true! After spending the past six years as co-owner and Managing partner of Cetrella Bistro and Café, I have sold my interest in Cetrella to my partner, in order to spend more time with my family and pursue other business endeavors. I would like to thank Cetrella’s customers for their past and continued support, Cetrella’s loyal employees for their hard work and dedication, and also my long-time partner and now owner of Cetrella, Dave Labuda, who will continue Cetrella’s excellence.
As a "hands-on" restaurant operator, it has been challenging trying to devote enough time to more than one restaurant. I am very excited about spending time at Sam's Chowder House going forward, and pursuing all of the ideas that I have for this incredible oceanfront location. We are beginning work on the outside bar and kitchen, which will feature an outdoor mesquite grill, one of my favorite ways to cook. Stay tuned for more....
