Sante Restaurant Symposium

Julie and I spent the last few days in Manchester, Vermont, at the Sante Restaurant Symposium.  Sante is the leading publication for restaurant professionals, and they put on a great conference for top restaurant professionals from around the country.  We were invited to give a seminar entitled "The Anatomy of a Start-up" and also be on a restaurant management panel. We're now in Boston enjoying some of the local New England seafood here.  Stay tuned for further posts, and we'll tell you about some of our favorite Seafood places here.
