Julie and I spent the last few days in Manchester, Vermont, at the Sante Restaurant Symposium. Sante is the leading publication for restaurant professionals, and they put on a great conference for top restaurant professionals from around the country. We were invited to give a seminar entitled "The Anatomy of a Start-up" and also be on a restaurant management panel. We're now in Boston enjoying some of the local New England seafood here.
